Learn telugu through Hindi This post is intended to those, who wish to learn, read and write telugu script and are well versed in fluent conversation in Telugu. Any improvements suggested are welcome.This post is particularly intended to my grand daughter (follower of my blog) (प्रत्यक्ष अभिमानि) who whish to learn telugu script and read for herself. Now she is hearing the posts through somebody who can read telugu script. The languages known (read and write) are Hindi and English hence trying to make her learn Telugu through Hindi. Telugu alphabet (Vowels) అ ఆ ఇ ఈ ఉ ఊ ఋ ౠ ఎ ఏ ఐ ఒ ఓ ఔ అం అః=16 (Consonants) క ఖ గ ఘ జ్ఞ చ ఛ జ ఝ ఞ ట ఠ డ ఢ ణ త థ ద ధ న ప ఫ  బ భ  మ య ర ల వ శ ష స హ క్ష ఱ=౩౫ (Adding vowels to consonants) క కా కి కీ కు కూ కృ కౄ క్రు క్రూ కె కే కై కొ కో కౌ కం కః (Doubling consonants) క్క క్కా క్కి క్కీ క్కు క్కూ క్కృ క్కౄ క్కె క్కే క్కై క్కొ క్కో క్కౌ క్కం క్కః Hindi alphabet अ आ इ ई उ ऊ ऋ ॠ ए ऎ ऐ ओ ऒ औ अं अः=16 क ख ग घ ज्ञ च छ ज झ ञ ट ठ ड ढ ण त थ द ध न प फ  ब भ  म य र ल व श ष स ह क्ष ऱ=35 (Adding vowvels to consonants) क का कि की कु कू क्रु क्रू के कॆ कै को कॊ कोऊ कं कः (Doubling consonants) क्क क्का क्कि क्की क्कु क्कू क्कृ क्कॄ क्के क्कॆ क्कै क्को क्कॊ क्कौ क्कं क्कः Note: 1.Recognise letters in telugu script through the corresponding hindi script letter and pronounciation. Best way to remember is to write many times the same letter by pronouncing it. 2. recognition of telugu letters is more important. Wish you all the best in learning Telugu script
